If you desire to use Paymentus and have been disconnected or received a disconnection notice, please contact New Holstein Utilities at (920) 898-5776 with your payment confirmation number. New Holstein Utilities is notified 24 hours after payment is made online.
New Holstein Utilities offers you the ability to make a payment online by using Paymentus. You can pay by credit card, debit card or electronic check from your savings or checking account. You can use your Visa or Mastercard Checking/Savings/Money Market Account Debit/Credit Card & ATM card branded with a STAR, PULSE or NYCE logo.These options are available to residential and commercial customers (maximum of $300 payment accepted online).
When asked to enter your Account Number, enter the numbers after the zeros and before the dash. Ex. Customer Account Number listed on your bill is 001-00001234-02. For Account Number you would enter 1234. When asked to enter your Occupant Number, enter the digits after the dash. Note: If there is a zero and then a number for your occupant number, enter only one digit. Ex. If it's 00 enter 0, if it's 02 enter 2. Also when asked for zip code, it must be the 5 digit zip code in the mailing address.
Bill Payment Assistance
For some customers, including seniors on fixed incomes, energy expenses can be a financial burden. In fact, there are those right here in our community who cannot afford the energy to meet their basic needs.
For those who cannot afford such an expense, this can lead to difficult decisions about how to allocate their limited resources. Our local Energy Assistance Program is designed to help income-qualifying households cover their energy costs and reduce the financial burden that they face.
If you believe you or someone you know may qualify, we encourage you to establish your income eligibility through the federally funded Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP). To learn more about the WHEAP application process, customers should contact Calumet County Social Services (920) 849-1400. If approved for WHEAP, you will receive more information about your eligibility for our Energy Assistance Program at that time.
Our Energy Assistance Program is funded with the portion of Public Benefits dollars specifically set aside for income-qualifying individuals and families.
