New Holstein Utilities' even payment program allows you to even out your energy costs over the course of a year through a fixed payment each month. With this payment plan, you will not experience high bill surprises in the months you use the most electricity and your budget is easier to manage. The budget amount must be paid every month on time or customers will be removed from the plan. Your account is reconciled annually.

In order to start with the even payment plan, customers must begin with a $0 balance.
