New Holstein Utilities' voluntary contribution program allows customers to donate money for those who are unable to afford to pay their utility bill due to circumstances beyond their control. Contributions are accepted any time and may be included with your electric bill. For customers who wish to contribute to the voluntary contributions program on a regular basis, New Holstein Utilities will automatically add any amount you wish to contribute to your monthly bill.
