NHU Residential Customer Survey

A small sample of New Holstein Utilities’ residential customers are being asked to participate in a survey to get their opinions regarding their satisfaction with their utility service.  The survey is being coordinated by WPPI Energy, NHU’s wholesale power provider. 

The survey will be administered by the Dieringer Research Group.  The survey will take approximately ten minutes to complete.  Two methods will be used to collect information from customers.  Around August 27, 2018, randomly selected customers will receive a letter from New Holstein Utilities asking them to participate by using an online website link to complete the survey.  The second survey method will be conducted via telephone beginning September 17, 2018.
